Terms of sale

1. Who you are buying from: DTD Consultancy Limited, trading as Maison Cellulaire, registered in England and Wales (company no. 13171306), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: contact@dtdconsultancy.com.
2. The contract: your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices: prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.
4. Delivery: see our Shipping policy. The item is your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave.
5. Cancelling and returns: you have 14 days to change your mind after delivery. See our Refund policy.
6. Products: we describe items as accurately as we can. Pictures are for illustration; colours may differ slightly on screen. Our products are general sports and fitness goods and are not medical devices.
7. Your legal rights: nothing in these terms affects your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Our liability: we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Law: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
