Returns and refunds

Maison Cellulaire is a trading name of DTD Consultancy Limited, registered in England and Wales (company no. 13171306), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by emailing contact@dtdconsultancy.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. Please return it unused and in its original packaging where you can.

We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have sent it, if that comes first). You pay the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not what you ordered. We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than you would need to check it, as you would in a shop.

Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will offer a full refund, including any return postage, or a replacement. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we cannot take back once opened
For hygiene reasons, items such as mouthguards, earphones or items worn against the skin cannot be returned once their seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.

Where to send returns
Email us before sending anything back and we will give you the returns address for your item.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.
